原來發呆放空也有好處。可於睡前15分鐘發呆放空再讓身心放鬆,同時配合腹式呼吸法,以有規律的「4、7、8呼吸法」讓身心從緊張的狀況放鬆下來,「以每呼吸8下為一組,由1數到4時吸氣,5至7時閉氣,到第8下大力呼氣。」
